Simple Tip to becoming Successful

Who are the top 5 people you spend most of your time with?

Ask yourself the following questions:

1. Do they encourage you to follow your dreams and goals and allow you to make the sacrifices required to ensure you achieve those goals?

2. After hanging out with them do you walk away feeling inspired and ready to take on the world!

3. How much are they earning? If they are earning $40 000 then thats probably what you are earning, this is a direct reflection of what you will be earning too! Start hanging out with people earning hundreds of thousands of $, even Millionaires and they will help and inspire you to achieve.

4. How many books do they read each month? Even the famous Jim Rohn said – Miss a meal but never miss a book, because the more you learn the more you earn!

Do not get caught up in being in your comfort zone, yes success does require some sacrifices and effort as you are not going to make it happen by working 9-5.  Now do not get me wrong there is nothing wrong with people happy to enjoy where they are in life however if you want to be a part of the small percentage of people who want to grow, then you need to start hanging out with people running faster than you. Rewards come to those that put in the effort and as we all know it does not happen overnight it takes a good couple of years cause if it were this easy then everyone would be doing it.

Met with the guy who developed the Virgin Australia brand (plus many other popular campaigns) and was captivated by everything that came out of his mouth. I could not write quick enough to capture his words of wisdom. Here are some of his tips:

- There are so many variables with marketing that there is not 1 thing that is guaranteed to work.

- What makes you forward emails? Reasons being its funny, controversial, different. You to have to create that with your marketing so people want to tell their friends.

- Respect your audience, they have a brain.

- People will see you as you first started out.

Great last tip: There is a point in time where you can’t be safe, so give it a crack cause no one is going to die!

We are going to keep in touch and I look forward to learning much more from the best in the business.
