Fitness business has it’s up and downs based on the weather.
But it doesn’t have to be like that.
You can grow your fitness business over the winter.
You can have your best months ever during the cold months.
You can stop the ups and downs of clients and get consistent leads coming in.
I had an outdoor group fitness bootcamp 2 hours west of Brisbane and in winter it was cold! Like 2/3/4 degrees in the morning cold.
Yet we still managed to build it during these cold times.
One of my clients just had her best month to date and she lives in Melbourne and also runs a group fitness program.
Now you are probably thinking ‘Really, how is that possible?’
You have to understand there are many moving parts to your business and there is not just one thing that is going to transform it overnight.
Here is an overview of what you need to action:
People want results and when they want it bad enough it doesn’t matter if it’s hot or cold.
You goal is to communicate your message to your ideal clients to motivate, inspire, how you can help them and show them whats possible.
It’s crucial to know what your ideal clients want, what they don’t want, why do they want it.
This will ensure you get them the fastest results possible and you will be certain to win against your competition.
Success is a mindset.
If you believe that your business will slowdown during the colder months then guess what?
Your thoughts become your reality!
As Tony Robbins says it’s 80% mindset 20% strategy.
Which is why I can give the same strategies to different personal trainers and two completely different results will be achieved.
Some come up with every excuse under the sun as to why it wouldn’t work and fear sets in for many different reasons.
Others just take the plunge, believe in themselves, trust in the process and results happen beyond their wildest dreams.
I know with 100% that my strategies work, not only do I use them but my clients also action what I share.
The result is a hugely successful fitness business and allows us the freedom to do the things we love.
Sometimes people need to get out of their own way to allow success in.
Most people don’t realise just how important this component is to your success.

Mindset doesn’t give you a pass to sit on the couch and magic your goals into reality.
You need to get out there, be visible and communicate your message both online and offline.

For the moment just start with Facebook.
It’s generating me alone well over 6 figure.
It’s generating my clients the same results.
Don’t get caught up in being perfect, take imperfect action.
Just start and you will soon determine what works and what doesn’t by taking action.
