NEVER Burn Your Bridges, Especially If You Are A Personal Trainer
You would all agree the fitness industry is a very ‘small’ industry, everyone seems to know everyone! So it astounds me when people lie, steal, talk negatively about others and don’t think that the other person ever finds out. Back in 2000 when I started out in the fitness industry I worked in a gym and was very privileged to meet 4 of the most successful people in the industry, come nearly 10- years later I have come across these exact 4 people and now we are working with closely, 1 whom owns a franchise of 35 centers in Australia and NZ and we are very excited to be helping them grow their personal training and take them to a new level. Imagine if I had been untrustworthy, talked negatively about them and the list goes on (and we all know people who have done this!) Then I would of wasted an amazing opportunity. I understand people move on and follow their fitness dreams however it is how you do that remains in peoples minds for a very long time. The lesson in this is you never know when you will come across these people again, because you will, guaranteed!

It always comes back to bite you. Interesting if you asked ALL the successful business people of the world their thoughts, they would say the same thing I bet!
Very true Kellie.
I have been in the industry for only 3 years, and I would defiantely agree the industry leaders is a very small select group. Its not worth speaking negativley, or you can flush your fitness career away!
